Katie Ong

With a network of colleagues all over the world, Katie appreciates the global impact of local actions. She works collaboratively with you to achieve your organizational goals while also assisting you in ensuring long-term financial and environmental sustainability.

Katie most recently completed Bellwether Farm Camp, Retreat, and Education Center in Wakeman, Ohio. This project incorporated sustainable practices, environmentally friendly materials, green technology, land-based education, and regenerative agriculture. She takes that experience and her skills to new projects, large and small, to help other companies and organizations have a positive impact on the environment and the communities they serve.

A native Ohioan, Katie studied and worked in Massachusetts and Washington, D.C. for 11 years before returning to Northeast Ohio in the mid 1990s. She lives in Cleveland, advocating for local businesses, particularly farm-to-table food enterprises and those that promote upcycling and reuse. She spends significant time at her family farm in western Pennsylvania where she works to incorporate regenerative practices and support other small family farms in the region. You can find her enjoying the many natural areas in and around Cleveland, as well as the cultural institutions that provide creativity and art to residents and visitors alike.
